Shipping & Returns
Making your piece
Every piece is made by hand to order, so please allow 10-15 business days for me to create and pack it before it ships. As soon as it's on its way, you'll get an email with your tracking number.
Need it sooner for a birthday or a special date? Message me before you order and I'll do my best.
Shipping rates
- Greece: free, always.
- European Union: €15 - free on orders over €80.
For now I ship only within Greece and the EU. Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days within Greece and 3-7 business days within the EU after your order ships.
Every piece is wrapped carefully in protective packaging, ready to keep or to give as a gift.
Returns
If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it.
- Send me a message first with your order number, so I know it's coming.
- The piece must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by you. I recommend a tracked service, as I can't be responsible for parcels lost on the way back.
- Once I receive and check the piece, I'll refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to order.
Please note: rings that I've adjusted to your size are made especially for you and can't be returned - so do take a moment with the ring size guide before you order. If you're unsure about your size, just ask me.
Exchanges
Would you prefer a different size or a different piece? Get in touch within 30 days and we'll sort it out together.
Damaged or faulty?
If your piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact me within a few days with a photo. I'll repair or replace it, and cover the shipping both ways.
