Who is responsible

What I collect

• When you order: your name, email, phone number and shipping address. I need these to make, send and support your order and to issue your receipt.
• When you pay: payments are handled entirely by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
• When you subscribe: your email address, used only to send my newsletter.
• When you write to me: the name, email and message you send through the contact form.

What I don't do

I don't sell or share your data with anyone for marketing. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your shopping bag is stored only in your own browser.

Who else handles your data

Only the services needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting), and the courier who delivers your parcel.

How long I keep it

Order details are kept for as long as Greek tax law requires. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to unsubscribe from the newsletter. Just email [email protected].
