What is Siren jewelry made of?

Solid 925 sterling silver - nothing else. I don't use plating, brass or mixed metals. Some pieces include natural gemstones, which are noted on the product page.

Can I wear it in the sea or the shower?

Yes - my jewelry is made to be lived in, so swim, dance and explore with it. Just know that silver naturally darkens over time with water, salt and air. Many people love that patina; if you prefer the shine, a soft silver polishing cloth will bring it back. And whenever you'd like a proper refresh, send your piece back to me for a free professional polish.

How should I care for my silver?

Take it off before using perfume, lotion or cleaning products. Store it in its pouch or a closed box when you're not wearing it - less air means less tarnish. Wipe it with a soft silver cloth now and then.

How long will my order take?

Every piece is made by hand to order, so please allow 10-15 business days for me to make and ship it. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves the workshop. More in Shipping & Returns.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in Greece (free) and the European Union (€15, free on orders over €80). I don't ship outside the EU at the moment.

How do I find my ring size?

Have a look at the ring size guide - it takes a couple of minutes with a ring you already own or a strip of paper. Still unsure? Message me and I'll help.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

Yes, within 30 days of receiving it. Rings adjusted to your size are the one exception. All the details are in Shipping & Returns.

Do you make custom pieces?

Not at the moment. Each design is made in small batches, often with organic shapes that can't be copied exactly. That said, if you have something special in mind, tell me about it - I'll always listen.

What if my jewelry breaks?

I repair manufacturing defects for free, for the lifetime of the piece. If something breaks from everyday wear or an accident, I can usually repair it for a small fee. Just get in touch.

Is it a good gift?

I'd like to think so. Every order arrives gift-ready, and you can add a note for me at checkout if you'd like anything special.
